As BT have moved the KO at Hyde to 17.30 this has put a stop to the travel plans by train....the next away saturday after that is Luton 17:30 on 7th September again BT moved, so Chester on the 21st September anyone have times and ways of doing this one on the cheap.

You can still do Hyde on the train from Grimsby no problem.

Would like to know this myself.
It is fustrating when travel plans are disrupted i'm sure I saw somewhere that away teams get 20% of any tv money so i'd rather have a tv game away if it contributes to the club finances.

The Hyde game shouldn't finish any later than 7.30pm, There are trains back from Newton for Hyde (about a 10 minute walk) to Manchester Piccadilly at either 7.48pm or 8.48pm which would then allow you to catch either the 8.20pm or 9.20pm train from Man Pic back to Grimsby. The easiest and cheapest way to do it is 2 singles to and from Gy and Man Pic and then a day return from Man Pic to Newton For Hyde.
